Password protection allows you to prevent visitors from viewing pages of your site unless they enter a password. Setting up password protection is a quick two-step process.
Set Up a Site Password
First, navigate to the Site tab of your account dashboard and scroll down to your site settings. Next, enter a password into the Password field, and then click Save. This password is what you’ll provide to visitors if you want them to view password-protected pages.
Mark Pages as Password-protected
Now that you have a password set, edit the settings of a page. Toggle the Password Protect Page option on, then click Save. The page is now protected!
Note: You don’t need to re-publish when toggling password protection on or off - the changes will go into effect automatically.
