To view and manage form entries, go to the Forms page of your dashboard.
Here you’ll see a list of all the forms you’ve added to your site, whether they are contact forums, surveys, or newsletter signups. Each form has two options: view entries, and export entries.
View Entries
To view the entries of a form, click the icon to view entries.
You should now see a list of unread entries followed by a list of read entries. For each unread entry, there are four options to the right:
- View Entry - This option will show the full message in a popup window for review. It includes a link to mark the entry as read.
- Delete Entry - This option will delete the entry.
- Mark as Spam - Similar to email, marking an entry as spam will help train our system to recognize spam proactively.
- Mark as Read - This option marks the submission as read and it will be moved to the list of read messages.
For each read entry, there are three options which perform the same actions as they do for unread entries:
- View Entry
- Delete Entry
- Mark as Spam
Export Entries
To export entries, click on the Export Entries icon for the form and allow the download. This will download a CSV file of all entries for the form.
